With a strong background in regenerative agriculture and eco-construction, Idriss brings over ten years of expertise in soil restoration. He also leverages over 15 years of experience in real estate and asset management to drive strategic leadership and a clear and ambitious vision: the ecological revitalization of Morocco.
Mourad Bounasser
Director of Operations
Since 2011, Mourad has been actively involved in various sectors of sustainable agriculture. He has also played a pivotal role in the early development of the CBD industry in Switzerland, working alongside key industry leaders since 2016 .
Meriem Terta
Quality Manager
Active since 2013, Meriem has supported various laboratories in implementing and accrediting their quality systems.
Her rigorous, hands-on approach strengthens TOPSOIL’s infrastructure and ensures process compliance and competitiveness.
Zakaria El Attar
Farm Manager
Zakaria has been a key figure since the inception of the venture and, over the past decade, has cultivated strong leadership and in-depth expertise in regenerative agriculture, playing a central role in guiding its strategic growth.
Azouz El Attar
Master Builder
Azouz has been involved since the very beginning and has developed strong expertise in eco-construction. He skillfully combines ancestral building techniques with modern knowledge acquired through the numerous workshops held at our research center.
Mohamed Chaloukha
Master Builder
Mohamed has been an ideal counterpart to Azouz, contributing since the early days of the project. Over time, he has developed sharp expertise in eco-construction, effectively bridging traditional methods with innovative practices.
